Welcome
MyWiki is a knowledge base maintained by LLM agents. You provide sources — the AI summarizes, cross-references, and organizes them into a structured wiki.
This page will disappear automatically once you add your first piece of content.
Add your first source
There are two ways to get content into your wiki:
Option A: Drop a file into raw/
Place any file (markdown, PDF, text, etc.) into the raw/ directory:
raw/2026-04-05-my-first-article.md
Then tell your AI agent:
"Ingest
raw/2026-04-05-my-first-article.md"
Option B: Send a URL or paste text directly
Just share it with the AI in conversation:
"Ingest this article: https://example.com/some-article"
"Ingest this: (paste your text here)"
The agent will save it to raw/, then proceed with ingestion.
What happens next
- The agent reads your source in full
- It presents 3–7 key takeaways for you to review
- After your confirmation, it writes structured summaries and wiki pages
- Pages are automatically cross-referenced with
[[wikilinks]]
A single source can touch 5–15 wiki pages — creating new ones and updating existing ones.
Directory structure
| Directory | What goes there |
|---|---|
raw/ | Original sources (immutable, any format) |
sources/ | Per-source summaries (auto-generated) |
pages/ | Wiki pages — concepts, entities, topics |
maps/ | High-level overview maps |
queries/ | Explorations, comparisons, analyses |
Querying your wiki
Once you have content, ask your agent anything:
"What have I read about X?"
"Compare A and B"
"Summarize everything tagged with Y"
The agent searches the wiki and synthesizes an answer. If it's valuable, it can be saved to queries/.
Extensions
| Extension | Purpose |
|---|---|
| web-reader | Lets the agent fetch articles from URLs directly |
| qmd | Semantic search across your wiki |
| website | The static site you're looking at right now |
Enable any extension by telling your AI agent, e.g. "enable the web-reader extension".
